Everyone knows that you can't really call it summer if it doesn't involve ice-cream. So in an effort to keep up with all of the summer expectations, I knew I had to come up with a keto friendly home made ice-cream.
One of the greatest things about the Keto way of eating, is that chocolate is allowed (within limitations of course). So when the chocolate craving was strong, I knew it was time to experiment to find a perfect and easy chocolatey recipe.
This is another one of those really really easy recipes (i'm sure you are starting to pick up on the pattern here). With just 5 ingredients (okay 6 if you include the butter), you can just pop it into the slow cooker, sit back with your feet up (and a glass of wine in your hand) and dinner is served.
We are a family that loves good food. We try to eat healthy and follow a low carb lifestyle, but life is busy - so quick and easy keto recipes are our favorite!
