I love this recipe because it is super indulgent and tasty, while being low-carb keto friendly. Not to mention that it is ridiculously easy.
I like to pair it with our 90 Second Keto Bread (because that's also really easy and delicious).
We make this in the crockpot / slow cooker because then I can just leave it to cook away without having to think about it. You could of course, also just pop it in a large pot and let it boil on a low heat. Just make sure to keep stirring occasionally so that all the creamy goodness doesn't stick to the bottom.
