I had originally bought some ingredients to try out a recipe i had found online, but I didn't fully read the recipe until I was getting the ingredients out to cook it.
But the minute I started working through the steps, I realized it wasn't really the recipe i was looking for, so I decided to get creative! The results... YUMMY!!
Although there are quite a few ingredients in this dish, its a pretty simple low carb meal that's easy to throw together.
