If you have read any of the recipes on this blog yet, you know that I am a complete sucker for food that is quick and easy. When it helps me stay on my low-carb track then it's a real winner!
This is surprisingly filling, with all of the nuts and the chia seeds and of course, the full cream yogurt.
I like to add a few slices of banana to this, but just remember that banana does push up your carb content so you will need to balance that out with other food during the day (the Nutrition Facts below do not include banana).
